Investment Banking Analyst

Seeking a skilled Investment Banking Analyst whose duties to include: Feasability Studies, business valuations, due diligence, financial modeling, writing offering memorandums, and related.

Should have minimum 2 years with M&A analysis, ideally on large cap deals, at least working as part of merger team. Alternatively, more involved role in smaller deals as experience could also be considered, as we are looking for a less experienced candidate.
